Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including onboarding/offboarding, equipment ordering, budget tracking, and day-to-day operations for Employee Relations and Chief People Officer's office
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, oversee logistical arrangements for senior leaders
Serve as point of contact for staff, elected officials, external agencies, and public; screen and prioritize communications
Prepare, draft, and process correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and confidential documentation
Coordinate meeting preparation, maintain minutes of confidential discussions, monitor budget expenditures and financial records
Qualifications
Considerable experience performing administrative support duties to senior management
Experience in budget administration and complement management
Experience preparing confidential materials with ability to handle sensitive issues and exercise independent judgment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Copilot
Highly developed interpersonal skills and customer service ability to communicate at all organizational levels
