Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to Adult Day Program clients
Assist with medications and serve/monitor meals for safe consumption
Monitor basic health of participants and report concerns to Supervisor
Contribute to development of personalized care plans for each client
Guide volunteers and placement students; assist in orientation of new staff
Qualifications
Personal Support Worker Certificate from Ministry-approved program
Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
Food Handler Training
Pharmacology Certification
Computer skills and technological proficiency
