Building Custodian 3 position involving unskilled cleaning and minor maintenance work at various City locations, including pool facilities, under supervision of a Resident Building Operator. This is a permanent full-time CUPE 59 union role.
Key Responsibilities
Clean interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, walkways, pool decks, whirlpools, change rooms, and perform pool vacuuming
Assist with relocation and installation of fixtures and equipment
Secure and lock gates and doors of buildings and City property
Perform minor maintenance and repairs to premises and fixtures
Perform pool water quality tests as required
Qualifications
Grade 10 education
Three months related cleaning and maintenance experience in civic recreation or office building
Successful completion of Saskatchewan Swimming Pool Operators course
Physical ability to perform assigned duties
Acceptable Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search upon offer
