Key Responsibilities
Operate City of Ottawa buses in accordance with Highway Traffic Act and corporate policy
Provide safe, comfortable, efficient and reliable transportation service
Promote customer service mindset when interacting with the general public
Perform MTO pre-trip inspection of buses
Call out stops as per CTA directive and assist passengers while operating bus
Qualifications
Completion of Grade 12
Minimum 5 years driving experience with clean driving record free of demerit points
Ideally minimum 3 years relevant customer service experience with direct public contact
Valid Ontario unrestricted G class driver's license with 0 demerit points
Ability to pass MTO medical exam for class C license
