The City of Prince Albert seeks a Business Systems Analyst to plan, design, and implement efficient business systems supporting organizational functions. Key Responsibilities
- Define and map business requirements in consultation with stakeholders and end users
- Lead design sessions to prototype new systems and processes
- Lead IT projects for new implementations, system enhancements, and operational upgrades
- Analyze proposed and existing business systems to ensure they meet business needs
- Provide end user support and training for modified and new systems
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in computer science or management information systems
- Five years proven experience overseeing design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions
- Extensive experience with Financials, Payroll, Work Management, and Document Management systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and create SQL queries and reports using Power BI, SPSS, or other reporting software
