About this job

Business Systems Analyst reports to a Manager of Information Systems and develops, implements, and supports business solutions. Role focuses on administration and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM, Service London Portal, and related systems, with responsibility for designing low-code/pro-code solutions and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration, configuration, enhancement, and operational support for Dynamics 365 CRM, Service London Portal, ISM, and associated integrations
  • Design and implement low-code and pro-code solutions, integrations, automations, and system enhancements
  • Conduct Business Process Reviews and implement cost-effective solutions; analyze problems and develop methods to improve business systems effectiveness
  • Train and instruct Technology Services and non-Technology Services staff; develop course materials and provide formal presentations
  • Partner with business areas across the organization to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver technology aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Three year Community College Business Information Systems Diploma
  • Three years related experience
  • Valid Driver's License - Class G
  • Skills in Dynamics 365 CRM, low-code/pro-code development, systems analysis, and business process improvement
