Summer student Camp Coordinator - Inclusion role reporting to Recreation Supervisor/Coordinator to assist in operating and evaluating Town of Oakville Summer Camp Inclusion Programs. Primary responsibilities include administrative work, supervising Senior Leaders and Inclusion Support Workers, and supporting campers with exceptionalities.

Key Responsibilities

Program planning, supervision, staff and volunteer supervision
Train, supervise, guide and evaluate Senior Leaders, Inclusion Support Workers, and Playleaders
Facilitate inclusion support participant intakes and communication plans
Ensure safety of all participants and staff; document accidents/incidents immediately
Coordinate program materials and supplies distribution; conduct weekly area meetings

Qualifications

Must provide confirmation of full-time student status in current academic year or acceptance into full-time studies the following September
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions as condition of employment
