Change Management Specialist supports organizational change during SAP Digital Transformation, focusing on stakeholder readiness, training coordination, and adoption strategies. Reports to Manager of Digital Transformation and oversees training and change management across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute change management strategies for SAP/Digital Transformation adoption across all modules and phases
Oversee organization-wide training requirements, including needs assessment, curriculum development, and train-the-trainer execution
Lead stakeholder analysis, maintain stakeholder registry, and conduct readiness assessments and impact gathering
Manage Change Leadership Network sessions and engage organizational Change Agents/Resources
Oversee and review all communications for consistency and report SAP/Training Readiness to Leadership

Qualifications

Degree in Business or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in change management
5+ years' experience as Training Coordinator or with Training Methodologies
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), relationship-building ability, and project management familiarity
