Director, Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Management

Key Responsibilities

• Direct capital plan development and infrastructure project delivery including water supply, source water protection, and conservation
• Supervise five managers (Hydrogeology, Engineering/Planning, Infrastructure/Program Planning, Development Engineering, Division Assistant) and indirect supervision of unionized and non-unionized staff
• Lead Region's response to water capacity constraints and serve as main point of contact; manage Interim Risk Management Framework
• Direct compliance with legislation, regulations, and health/safety requirements; establish reporting policies and performance measurement systems
• Chair multidisciplinary project teams on high-profile issues; represent Division on emergency management team and to Council/media
