Key Responsibilities
Prepares drawings and sketches for work orders and final drafting
Assists with design of overhead and underground distribution systems and lighting
Assists with work order preparation, cost estimation and budget estimates
Performs field work including surveying, contractor supervision, inspection and measurements
Records as-built information and updates mapping/GIS systems
Qualifications
Graduation from two-year post-secondary Electrical Engineering Technology program
Eligible for certification as Professional Technologist (P. Tech) with Technology Professionals Saskatchewan
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
Current driver's abstract from SGI demonstrating safe driving record
Skill in use of computer with spreadsheet, database and AutoCAD software
