Full-time permanent role providing critical application development, sustainment, and support for enterprise solutions as a work package lead. Requires expertise in lifecycle application architectures including feasibility studies, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance for City application environments such as websites, document management, asset management systems, and client service applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, sustain and support complex critical enterprise or line-of-business solutions, functioning as work package lead
Provide technical systems development, complex coding and application support skills within multidisciplinary teams
Deploy and coordinate applications including monitoring, performance tuning, logging, configuring, troubleshooting and quality assurance
Coordinate application implementation by coordinating internal and external developers using established project management principles
Conduct feasibility studies, develop business cases, test and implement applications throughout Systems Development Life Cycle

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science or related discipline and/or several years experience on large-scale IT projects, or approved equivalent combination
Considerable experience coordinating and deploying web analytics applications, preferably Oracle Infinity in WordPress Web Content Management in high-availability clustered environment
Experience in administration of web analytics tools including JavaScript tagging, campaigns, profiles, and reporting; familiarity with JAVA, J2EE, HTML, XML, Google Search Console, Dynatrace
Experience in Windows system administration and technical problem resolution
Extensive experience implementing, administering and optimizing Oracle Infinity including profile management, segmentation, data exports, reporting and dashboard development
