Permanent full-time Facilities Maintenance Supervisor position in Saskatoon that oversees the facilities maintenance program, supervises maintenance staff, and coordinates preventative and general maintenance work under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, assign, and supervise maintenance staff work and performance
  • Assign and track facility preventative and general maintenance requests using CMMS
  • Assist with developing work plans, budgeting, and defining maintenance priorities
  • Review and approve timesheet entries for trade staff
  • Support occupational health and safety initiatives and practices

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 education
  • Interprovincial Red-Seal Journeyperson Certificate in Carpentry, Electrical, or Plumbing
  • Five years journeyperson experience in commercial construction or industrial plant field plus two years supervisory experience
  • Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence with safe driving record
  • Ability to obtain recognized Maintenance Work Management Certificate, BOMI Facilities Management Certificate, or System Maintenance Administrator designation within two years of hire
