Casual part-time Ice Resurfacer Operator responsible for operating ice resurfacing equipment and performing general housekeeping and minor building maintenance activities at City of Ottawa facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate ice resurfacing equipment on a part-time basis
- Carry out general housekeeping activities
- Perform minor building maintenance activities as required
Qualifications
- Completion of Grade 10
- Minimum 1 year related experience in building/cleaning maintenance including ice resurfacer and ice edger operation
- Valid Ontario unrestricted G class driver's licence with no more than 6 demerit points
- Current Standard First Aid, CPR and/or AED certificates
- Safe Ice Resurfacer Operator (Zamboni) certificate within employer-determined timeframe
