Temporary full-time Labour Relations Associate role supporting the Labour Relations Manager with collective bargaining activities, grievance research, and day-to-day labour relations inquiries for up to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct benchmarking and analysis for collective bargaining; produce benchmarking reports
Assist with costing, proposal development, and prepare reports and documentation for bargaining
Arrange meetings, take minutes, and prepare correspondence
Research grievances, conduct analysis, and prepare grievance reports
Respond to general labour relations inquiries and assist with arbitration preparations
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in an HR role
Minimum 2 years' experience assisting with Collective Bargaining
Minimum 2 years' experience in a labour relations role
Experience with benchmarking research, analysis, and HRIS systems
