Temporary full-time Library Planning Consultant providing research, analytical, and writing support to Ottawa Public Library special projects, including financial analysis and development of service delivery strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide research, analytical and support to special projects including financial analysis
- Assist with development, delivery and enhancement of OPL service delivery strategy
- Provide research, analytical and writing support for unit documents and communications
Qualifications
- Completion of 4-year university degree in business, public administration, social sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years related experience in planning projects and/or strategic initiatives, preferably in library or municipal setting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
