Regular part-time maintenance person for Tall Pines Long Term Care Centre in Brampton. Provides maintenance services and repairs to ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance duties and repairs
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspect electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and fire/safety equipment
- Pick up garbage and recyclable materials throughout the building
- Complete written daily reports and other reports
- Move furniture and equipment, complete minor renovations as directed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in general maintenance procedures required
- Ontario G Driver's license required for certain locations
- Effective oral and written communication skills required
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) required
