About this job
Management Consultant reporting to the Manager of Business Services in the Housing Secretariat, providing consulting services to senior leadership on strategic planning, policy development, program improvement, and performance measurement to support housing and divisional priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems and analytical tools for collecting, monitoring and reporting program performance and housing system data
- Lead and support cross-divisional teams in policy development, implementation, and assessment of operational options
- Conduct data analysis, draw conclusions, and develop innovative solutions by reviewing processes and methodologies
- Provide policy analysis, briefing notes, presentations and strategic/operational advice to senior management
- Shape and direct consulting projects and service improvement initiatives in consultation with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- Considerable experience with project management for large municipal projects and program/policy development through research and data analysis
- Considerable experience preparing dashboards and data visualizations using data platforms for senior management reporting
- Considerable experience in strategic policy analysis, evaluation frameworks, and performance measures with emphasis on housing or municipal infrastructure
- Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills with ability to manage change and drive consensus
