Key Responsibilities
Oversee implementation of interior and capital projects throughout the City of London
Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of programs, initiatives, and projects aligned with Fleet and Facilities strategic initiatives
Manage employees including hiring, coaching, performance administration, and human resource matters
Develop and execute detailed project plans including schedules, communication plans, and critical path milestones
Manage budgets, develop project plans based on financial resources and priorities, and monitor budget throughout project lifecycle
