Key Responsibilities

Supervise Senior Analyst of HRC Systems, SAP HXM Systems Analyst, and Workforce Management and SAP HXM Systems Analyst
Lead project teams to develop and implement HR system components and enhancements
Provide training and technical guidance to users on HR systems, data integrity, and compliance
Manage ongoing support of HR systems (HXM/WFM) for regional users regarding issues and functionality
Develop and maintain backup and support plans to ensure business continuity

Location: 150 Frederick St - Regional Admin Headquarters, Kitchener, ON

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
