Key Responsibilities
- Function as participating member of multidisciplinary health care team

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Personal Support Worker Certificate from Ministry-approved program required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate appropriately with residents, staff, visitors, and medical professionals
- Ability to work well in team setting and physically perform all delegated duties
