Principal Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Performs data analysis using Python, SQL, R, and related tools to support evidence-based decision-making; develops analyses, forecasts, dashboards, and performance measures for planning and prioritization.
• Leads management and coordination of Business Intelligence, AI, and data warehouse activities to maintain data systems and analytical capabilities.
• Provides analytical leadership for business cases and decision materials related to data, analytics, automation, and digital investments.
• Develops and applies machine learning and AI models to support departmental priorities, automation projects, and innovation initiatives; works with epidemiologists and health data analysts to integrate solutions.
• Develops and applies automation techniques using Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Forms, Power Apps) to support reporting and process improvement.
