Full-time temporary Project Coordinator (24 months) reporting to the Manager of Business Planning, providing operational coordination and support for divisional programs, projects, and corporate initiatives within IDS Transit Expansion. The role coordinates multiple priorities from planning through implementation, manages stakeholder communication, and supports operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track Service Area directives, management information reports, and health and safety initiatives with Divisional Management Team
  • Prepare regular reports with trend analysis on customer service measures and information management
  • Coordinate divisional work plans and make presentations to senior staff on divisional and corporate initiatives
  • Organize staff retreats, team meetings, events, and prepare divisional communication materials
  • Act as liaison between division and other City divisions on operational issues; coordinate divisional and corporate initiatives

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience coordinating complex operational programs, projects and corporate initiatives including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
  • Considerable experience coordinating divisional or corporate initiatives including employee engagement programs and events
  • Considerable experience in multi-stakeholder environments liaising and coordinating across divisions and business areas
  • Experience analyzing operational processes and developing recommendations to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess information and identify trends
