Key Responsibilities
Provide research, management, and professional engineering advice for traffic and transportation/communication infrastructure including studies, planning, design, construction, data management, and operations
Interpret and analyze data, information, processes, and problems to develop solutions, improvements, and recommendations
Review and approve roadway and traffic engineering proposals, plans, drawings, and works
Develop and recommend corporate engineering and traffic standards, policies, programs, and management systems
Prepare and present technical and business reports, contract documents, proposals, and correspondence
Qualifications
University degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Environmental Systems) with minimum four years experience in related transportation field
Comprehensive knowledge of transportation engineering principles, processes, theories, statistics, and technologies
Advanced skill with MS Office Professional and specialized software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, CAISE, EMME\III, SYNCHRO, Asset Management, Maintenance Management)
Advanced skill analyzing complex data and interpreting specifications, plans, and regulations
Skilled in managing multiple engineering projects, information systems, programs, and budgets
