Project Manager II leading small to medium technology and digital transformation initiatives within the Digital Transformation-Project Management Office, responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation to closing phases to deliver technology solutions aligned with business, functional and technical requirements
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and stakeholder engagement with visibility through reporting and communication
Prepare, manage and report project cost budgets, timeframe estimates and milestones in conjunction with detailed project plans
Manage relationship, performance and deliverables across SAP/Application implementation partners, system integrators and third-party vendors
Develop and deliver project status update presentations to senior management and steering committees

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 4 years of project management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
IAASC Lean Six Sigma Certification
Good understanding of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Finance and other enterprise applications
