Strategic leader within the Engineering Management Office reporting to the Manager, EMO. Drives successful execution of complex infrastructure projects, oversees project and service delivery management systems, and ensures compliance with established governance frameworks and best practices for linear infrastructure capital projects and road operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex, high-profile projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives, budget, schedule, and quality requirements
Develop, implement, and continuously improve project and service delivery frameworks, methodologies, processes, tools, and templates
Serve as business owner and administrator for Project and Service Delivery Management Systems, ensuring effectiveness and data integrity
Establish and monitor project, program, and portfolio governance frameworks to ensure compliance with approved methodologies and standards
Lead compliance monitoring, quality assurance reviews, audits, and performance assessments across Engineering Construction and Road Operations
