About this job

Temporary full-time Project Manager (Senior) position for up to 24 months in the Business Transformation Division. Reports to the Project Management Office Lead and manages strategic projects and programs through all lifecycle phases, including planning, resource coordination, budget management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project charters defining scope, goals, objectives, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables
  • Establish and manage multiple related projects including schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and stakeholder communication
  • Estimate resource requirements and negotiate resources from business divisions
  • Define project success criteria and key performance indicators; report status to stakeholders
  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and motivate project team members

Qualifications

  • University degree in computational science, commerce, business administration, project management, or related discipline
  • Seven to nine years of direct work experience in project management including initiation, planning, execution, and completion
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
  • Considerable knowledge with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Microsoft Planner
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities, work independently and in teams, and communicate effectively orally and in writing
