Project Manager for the Vision Zero Strategy unit in Transportation Services, leading development and evaluation of road safety initiatives. Reports to the unit Manager and works on transportation safety projects involving policy, engineering, research, and community collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of transportation safety projects and programs
Manage stakeholder engagement with City divisions, agencies, community groups, academic institutions, and other government levels
Lead procurement processes including preparation of documents, bid evaluation, contract negotiation and execution
Oversee external service providers and consultants; track project objectives, schedules, deliverables and budgets
Conduct technical research, data analysis and site inspections on road safety, transportation operations and Vision Zero practices
