Permanent quality assurance and police data compliance role with the City of Laval responsible for training, qualification, user support, and quality control of police information systems (CRPQ, CIPC, IG-MIP). The position involves maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training, qualification, requalification, user support and quality control for CRPQ, CIPC and IG-MIP systems
Ensure application of standards, policies and procedures to guarantee quality, compliance and uniformity of practices
Act as super-user providing specialized support and participate in resolving operational issues
Conduct quality control activities and collaborate on continuous improvement of information management processes and tools
Plan and deliver initial and ongoing training; identify training needs and recommend personnel competency development
Qualifications
Secondary 5 (Sec V) education level
Two (2) years of relevant experience using police information systems
Valid and current CRPQ-CIPC operator and IG-MIP operator certifications at time of posting
Pedagogical abilities and aptitude for presenting to various audiences
Attention to detail in service of police data quality and reliability
