Plan, coordinate, manage and implement nursing and personal care activities, programs, and services
Provide nursing and personal care to residents

Identify and report changes in resident condition or needs through observation
Coordinate care activities of Unregulated Health Care Providers
Qualifications
Completion of 2 year community college Registered Practical Nurse diploma
Minimum 6 months related experience, preferably in geriatric-gerontology or long-term care setting
Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) current with College of Nurses of Ontario
Knowledge of applicable legislation including Regulated Health Professions Act, Health Care Consent Act, Nursing Act, Mental Health Act
Competence in medication administration and nursing care procedures
