Qualifications
Completion of 1 year community college or technical institute program in a business-related field
Minimum 3 years experience in a business environment working with financial documents, database systems, and customers (preferably in housing administration or social services)
Knowledge of Social Housing Reform Act, Tenant Protection Act, Co-op Corporations Act, Human Rights Code, and Privacy legislation
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheet, databases, Lotus Notes, and SHAMIS
Bilingual capability: French and English (oral, reading, writing)
