Key Responsibilities
Ensure quality of reference services and reader support at central library and support branch library teams
Oversee service quality, support, and accompaniment for technological and digital creation and experimentation across all library locations
Promote and strengthen essential literacy competencies (traditional and specialized) among citizens
Establish and maintain service standards, objectives, and performance indicators; plan and supervise measures to optimize team performance
Evaluate human, financial, and material resources; submit detailed reports and present findings
Qualifications
Master's degree in information sciences
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously in constantly evolving environment
