Senior Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead for Microsoft 365 reporting to the Portfolio Manager – Strategic Enablement. This role leads strategy, planning, implementation, and evolution of Microsoft 365 platform tools and services across the City of Toronto, focusing on customer-centric solutions and digital transformation priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, implementation, rollout, and optimization of Microsoft 365 toolset (Intune, Purview, etc.) and support roadmap development
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements into technical designs and architecture
Provide technical leadership to project teams throughout implementation lifecycle including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Act as subject matter expert and bridge between Technology, Users, and Stakeholders; lead meetings, workshops, and presentations
Develop solution architectures, technical documentation, standards, and best practices; analyze complex issues and propose improvements
Qualifications
Previously delivered transformational Microsoft 365 projects from start to end
Expertise in Microsoft 365 SaaS solution implementation
Ability to conduct research and analysis and present conclusions to clients/stakeholders
Experience developing time artifacts including planning materials, work plans, reports, briefing notes, and presentations
