SENIOR ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY PROCUREMENT & CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology procurements from sourcing strategy through contract administration and close-out
• Supervise assigned staff including scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary recommendations
• Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies, coordinate RFPs/RFBs and manage procurement documents
• Provide strategic advisory support to stakeholders, chair procurement kick-off meetings, and manage critical milestones
• Assess and recommend procurement methods, negotiate vendor guidelines and service level agreements, and ensure compliance with City purchasing regulations
