Key Responsibilities
Coordinate building condition assessment projects involving client representatives, contractors, consultants and stakeholders across PFR facility asset categories
Verify and validate project scope, confirm program requirements with clients and stakeholders, and prepare project background materials
Review condition assessments, conduct site visits to validate asset conditions, and follow up with consultants to ensure information completeness
Prepare Requests for Proposals, Requests for Quotations, and Tender Documents; evaluate proposals and make recommendations for award
Monitor construction budgets, review and approve payments and progress draws, and prepare detailed construction budget estimates
