Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full development process for capital projects from feasibility studies through commissioning and warranty reviews
• Procure consultant and construction services; lead feasibility studies including land use, environment, geotechnical analysis, and budget planning
• Draft and execute project development agreements, Project Charters, and Development Management Agreements
• Provide oversight during design and construction phases to ensure compliance with scope, budget, City Design and Construction Standards, sustainability criteria, and First Nations requirements
• Manage project budgets, process construction draws, review change orders, attend site meetings, and oversee project closeout including occupancy permits and warranty inspections
