Key Responsibilities
Answer IT Service Desk phone, email, and in-person requests; log requests in ticketing system
Monitor ticketing system, provide initial responses and troubleshooting, escalate when required
Provide technical support for corporate IT hardware and software systems across all facilities
Create software deployment packages for applications, upgrades, patches, and Microsoft Office/Windows
Deploy new and replacement mobile devices, workstations, laptops, and peripherals
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or Microsoft Certified Professional designation
Demonstrated experience supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows environments (Windows 10/11); in-depth knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office suites
One to two years of level 1-2 technical support experience in a service desk role
Experience with MSI application tools or similar software automation and deployment tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical terms; Valid Class G Driver's License in good standing
