The Township of St. Clair is hiring ten part-time Snack Bar Attendants for the Mooretown Sports Complex food counter. Under supervision of the Coordinator, Parks & Recreation and Food Services Lead Hand, successful candidates will manage day-to-day food service operations, customer service, and concession equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe operation of food concession equipment (deep fryers, hot dog rollers, beverage equipment)
  • Process customer orders and cash transactions
  • Housekeeping and sanitation of food concession space
  • Stock refrigerators/freezers and replenish condiments and supplies
  • Ensure opening and closing requirements are met; maintain courteous and professional customer service

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Food handler certification (considered an asset)
  • Concession experience (considered an asset)
  • Reliable transportation to and from workplace
