The Staff Educator supports Departmental Managers at Strathmere Lodge by assessing employee training needs and developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for staff at all levels, while meeting mandatory provincial long-term care home legislation requirements.

Qualifications
- Two-year diploma or degree in a health or social services discipline
- Two years' experience in adult education
- Certification as a coach in the Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
