STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION & MODERNIZATION LEAD (Data Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll data migration activities including profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation for SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Develop and implement data handling, archiving, and validation strategies ensuring accuracy, security, and integrity of employee and payroll data
• Supervise assigned staff, direct project teams, and manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, performance evaluation, and training
• Lead end-to-end project testing including unit, functional, quality assurance, and cutover tests across technical landscapes
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on system enhancements and business process improvements
