Key Responsibilities
Research, evaluate, and provide expertise on operational best practices in sewer and water operations
Organize and supervise work units and contractors performing sewer and water operations, construction, preservation, and maintenance tasks
Plan, direct, manage, and evaluate work activities, resources, quality, and performance of work units and programs
Manage capital projects, operating programs, budgets, and contract administration
Maintain, analyze, and interpret operational, technical, and financial data for performance evaluation
Qualifications
Grade 12 or GED
Minimum 8 years experience in sewer, water, or related industry with minimum 5 years supervisory experience and 1 year post-secondary education in related discipline
Level 4 Operator Certification under Saskatchewan Water and Wastewater Works Operator Certification Standards
Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, and project management abilities
Advanced oral and written communication skills
