About this job

Systems Integrator 1 supporting administration, sustainment and improvement of Toronto Public Health's Oracle-based data warehouse environment. Role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS/OAC) and/or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), working with related Oracle technologies in a multi-tier, high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Oracle-based Enterprise Data Warehouse environment across Development, Test/UAT and Production
  • Monitor system performance, availability and logs; troubleshoot technical issues and support performance tuning
  • Install, configure, patch, upgrade and support Oracle analytics and middleware components in Linux/Unix environments
  • Maintain Oracle Analytics repositories (RPD) and support user access and security configuration
  • Support ODI/ETL processes including job monitoring, troubleshooting and data validation

Qualifications

  • Considerable experience administering and supporting OAS/OAC, OBIEE and/or ODI
  • Considerable experience with Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL applications and shell scripting
  • Considerable experience maintaining and migrating reports using Oracle Analytics Server in Data Warehouse environments
  • Considerable experience with BI Administration Tool (RPD) and OAS security setup, including LDAP integration
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or approved equivalent combination of education and experience
