Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain custom scoped applications supporting court operations. Hybrid role in public sector requiring hands-on expertise in application architecture, scripting, integrations, and platform administration within ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain custom scoped ServiceNow applications for court operations
  • Establish and maintain business relationships to assess client needs and determine business requirements
  • Prepare project charters, statements of work, project plans, and status reports with variance explanations
  • Lead data management, integration with legacy systems, and testing strategy; conduct training for clients and staff
  • Manage ServiceNow applications across development, test, and production environments including update sets and version control

Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • Considerable experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow scoped applications including data models, forms, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and JavaScript using Glide APIs
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with legacy/on-premise systems using MID Server, JDBC/ODBC, or SOAP-based web services
  • Considerable experience managing data within ServiceNow including imports, Import Sets, Transform Maps, data mapping, and cleansing
  • Experience with ServiceNow architecture, platform data models, application scope management, ACLs, and Studio; strong written and verbal communication skills
