Key Responsibilities
Inspect buildings and terrain to identify renovation/modification possibilities and assess compliance with construction codes; prepare inspection reports
Plan and coordinate work projects with various municipal services and utility companies
Represent the City with consultants, contractors, and suppliers during project execution
Collaborate with other municipal divisions and external organizations to obtain and exchange relevant information
Prepare reports, cost estimates, construction plans, and maintenance specifications; oversee job site work
Qualifications
Diploma of college studies (DEC) in architecture
30 months of relevant experience in architectural project management
Valid class 5 driver's license and personal vehicle
Health and safety card for construction sites (ASP)
Experience in signage planning for medium to large buildings considered an asset
