About this job

Part-time timekeeper for Oakville Recreational Leagues who will control the score clock, monitor games, and record statistical information under the supervision of the League Convener.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control the score clock
  • Monitor games and record statistical information (goals, assists, points, penalties, misconducts, final score)
  • Ensure referees and players sign the game sheet
  • Return all game sheet information to the League Convener

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hockey, basketball, volleyball and/or pickleball rules and leagues
  • Previous timekeeping experience (asset)
  • Experience in customer service (asset)
  • Data entry and processing skills

At a glance

Part-time, non-union
3–4 hours per shift
Shifts available Monday–Saturday, evenings
24-week commitment
Closing date: December 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm
