Key Responsibilities
- Operate bus safely and courteously in accordance with Saskatoon Transit rules along scheduled routes
- Provide passengers with information about schedules and stops
- Deliver safe, courteous, professional service and foster positive customer experience as Service Ambassador
- Report operational problems such as delays and mechanical issues per established procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Grade 12 education
- Three years public transportation service delivery experience, including two years customer service
- Valid Class 2A Learners Licence
- Current driver's abstract from SGI demonstrating safe driving record
- Thorough knowledge of geographic layout of City of Saskatoon
