About this RFP

The Town is seeking a qualified and experienced Employee Benefits Consultant and Broker to provide strategic advice and ongoing support for the Town’s employee benefits program. The successful Proponent will support benefit plan design, renewals and negotiations, financial and claims analysis, market benchmarking, carrier management and collective bargaining while helping the Town maintain a competitive and financially sustainable benefits program.All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
