About this RFP

The intent of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is to seek statements of qualifications (“Responses”) from parties (the “Respondents”) interested in providing design and construction services in connection with the Anmore and Belcarra Fire Hall Replacement Project (the “Project”). More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to four (4) Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) to select a design-builder (the “Design-Builder”) to design and construct the Project using a progressive design build delivery model.
