The Upper Canada District School Board (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) invites quotations for Snow Plowing, and Salt/Sanding at various Board sites within the CORNWALL WEST (CCVS) REGIONAL GROUPING for a ONE-year contract (with multiple year extension options). The Board, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend this term for four (4) additional one (1) year periods with rates negotiated each time. Any proposed increase should align with Consumer Price Index (CPI) and be supported with justification. The Owner may reject unjustified increases and decline any extension if agreement isn’t reached.
