18 - SUPPLY OF LOW-FLOOR TRANSIT BUSES

The Corporation of the City of Elliot Lake is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the supply and delivery of new, low-floor transit buses for the City’s transit fleet.The RFP includes the supply, delivery, and commissioning of low-floor transit buses in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP documents. Proponents shall provide pricing, technical specifications, delivery timelines, warranty information, and relevant experience for the proposed buses.Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bids & Tenders portal before the closing deadline on Tuesday, October 27th, 2026 at 2:00 pm local time.The successful Proponent will be responsible for supplying buses that meet the City’s specifications, applicable Canadian standards and regulatory requirements, and the operational needs of a Northern Ontario transit system.Proponents are encouraged to carefully review all RFP documents, specifications, schedules, and submission requirements before submitting their proposal.
