ITT D424-00 - UBCH Koerner Roof Renewal

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of Roofing Contractor for the D424-00: UBCH Koerner Roof Renewal project. The project scope involves renewal of the penthouse roof (Phase 1) at UBC Hospital (UBCH) Koerner Pavilion to address aging roofing components and mitigate the risk of water infiltration that could significantly impact clinical operations and critical building systems below. Work includes membrane replacement across most roof sections and complete roof assembly replacement to the steel deck in deteriorated areas. Refer to the attached consultant specifications and roof drawings for detailed summary of work.The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated to be March 12, 2027.
